Checking in was a breeze, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the location was conveniently situated near popular attractions and the train station.

Delicious food for all meals. Marvellous and awesome location near to Akihabara and stations, bars, and train station and elec shopping mall, could not be better. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

The FAMILY room was spotless and brand-new, with central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Private bathroom was nice. Good location of the hotel on the step-up platform in front of the storage cabinets. Ate at Osaka Ohsho Iwamoto-Cho, it's at walking distance from the venue.

The building and rooms here are very good with all amenities provided, and there are plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, being right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk to all the major attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. Another great aspect was the comfortable beds - I had a good night's sleep every night. Lastly, I really enjoyed the spacious toilets and showers, especially compared to other Japanese hotels.

First, the noise at night was unavoidable, but expected in such a bustling city. the cleaning staff only came into the room when I was present, which meant I had to wait around sometimes instead of exploring.
